How does the rewards program work?
You can earn rewards points on every order with us. For Bronze members and below, you can earn 1 point for every $1 spent. For Silver members and above, you can earn 2 points for every $1 spent.
Once you have earned enough points, you can convert them into discount codes for $5, $10 or $15 off your order.
Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

No - we are only able to offer 1 discount code per order, and the codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.

Your rewards points do not expire, however once you have converted your points into discount codes, these will expire after 2 months.

Yes, there is a minimum spend for the discount codes:
- $5 code - min. spend of $25
- $10 code - min. spend of $50
- $15 code - min. spend of $75

Unfortunately we are unable to offer the rewards discount codes on nappies or wipes subscriptions.
