PUBLIC HOLIDAY CLOSURE:
Our office will be closed Monday 11th March due to the Labor Day public holiday in Victoria.
Order dispatch will commence again on Tuesday 12th March.

It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday, within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.

We do not dispatch parcels on weekends or public holidays.

Please note: During peak times (promotions, sales etc.), processing timeframes may be longer.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched during these periods.

We are currently only shipping within Australia and New Zealand.

  2. All prices are shown in the nominated currency in the dropbox column.
  3. We cannot mark international orders as a gift or lower the value in an attempt to bypassor reduce any customs fees. Any duties, tax or other fees applied by customs is payable by the receiver.

Delivery Method

  1. We deliver Australia wide via Australia Post. We ship to all street address and we do not ship to P.O box addresses.
  2. International Orders
    Please note International orders cannot be delivered to a Post Office box.

Delivery Timeframe

Australia

Your merchandise will be shipped to you between 2 to 5 business days once your order has left our warehouse. Delivery could take longer in remote areas.

New Zealand

Your merchandise will be shipped to you between 10 to 15 business days once your order has left our warehouse. Please note that occasionally customs may also delay delivery by a few days.

IMPORTANT: Whilst we want your merchandise to reach you as quickly as possible and make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only and we cannot be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late or delayed deliveries. Refunds or cancellations will not be allowed if the shipment arrival times exceed the estimated times mentioned at the time of purchase.

  1. Whilst we endeavour to fulfil your orders, please note that some styles, sizes or colours may not be available at time of dispatch. We will inform you if this is the case.
