It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday, within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. We do not dispatch parcels on weekends or public holidays.
Please note: During peak times (promotions, sales etc.), processing timeframes may be longer. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched during these periods.
We are currently only shipping within Australia and New Zealand.

- We cannot mark international orders as a gift or lower the value in an attempt to bypassor reduce any customs fees. Any duties, tax or other fees applied by customs is payable by the receiver.
- We deliver Australia wide via Australia Post. We ship to all street address and we do not ship to P.O box addresses.

Your merchandise will be shipped to you between 2 to 5 business days once your order has left our warehouse. Delivery could take longer in remote areas.
International
Your merchandise will be shipped to you between 10 to 15 business days once your order has left our warehouse. Please note that occasionally customs may also delay delivery by a few days.
