1. This policy applies to merchandise purchased from Clever Clothing Enterprise Pty Ltd (ABN 78 430 244 748) via our online store www.marquise.com.au for delivery within Australia.
2. Pursuant to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), our returns policy is as set out below.
3. Merchandise purchased via www.marquise.com.au must be returned in accordance with our online returns policy.
4. Products purchased online cannot be returned instore.
5. We do not offer refunds for change of minds.
6. We do not accept cancellations once the order has left our warehouse.
7. We do not offer refunds for sale items.
8. We can offer an exchange for the same value within 30 days of you receiving your order, provided you meet the below conditions.
- You must contact our office to receive authority to exchange.
- The products must not be worn or washed and must still have original packaging and/or tags attached.
- We will not offer exchanges on non-Marquise products.
- You must pay the cost to return the goods to us. We will cover the cost to send the new products out.
- Online exchanges are not offered at our outlet. Products purchased at the outlet cannot be exchanged online.
- We will not accept exchanges of Marquise products purchased at other retailers.
8. We take great care in packaging and ensuring that merchandise is of excellent quality. However, if you find a fault or defect with our merchandise, other than damage done during the course of transit or carriage, please contact our Office on +613 9509 0155 within 10 days of delivery or send us an email at [email protected]. We will advise and assist you with the returns process.
For faulty merchandise, we will gladly offer you a replacement item.
